RENT TO OWN PROGRAMS
OPTION #1
Can't quite qualify for a mortgage?
United Real Estate Services has a special
program reserved for our special buyers.
It works like this. You pick out your desired
home then contact one of our home buyer
consultants with the details of the home
(price, down payment required, etc). The
home buyer consultant will then "run
the numbers" and let you know if we
are able to make the purchase for you.
Typically at that point, you
will sign a rent to own agreement which
states that you will start off by renting
the home and that at any time within the
allotted period, usually one year, you may
purchase the house.
A portion of each on time payment that you
make will be credited towards the sales
price of the home. You are in no way locked
into purchasing the home. Should you decide,
at the end of the lease period, that the
home is not for you, you can just walk away
with no penalties.
In order to provide this service, we do
charge a one time fee equal to approximately
3% - 5% of the purchase price of the home.
This fee is credited towards the purchase
price of the house once you decide to buy.

OPTION #2
Option 2 is the more traditional
approach to rent to own. You tell us what
type of house you're looking for. We do
the research and present you with houses
that fit your criteria. With this option
you can often get into your desired house
with just a security deposit. Of course,
each month, a portion of your rent in applied
to the purchase price of the house. Fill
