Where Do I Start?
Our Process is quite simple. First complete the home seller questionnaire. One of our representatives will contact you within 24 hours and set an appt. to meet with you in your home.

At that meeting, the representative may make an offer to purchase your house. Once this offer is made, the closing could take place in as little as 7 days. It’s that simple!

How Much Does It Cost?  
There is no cost to you. In most cases we are able to purchase the house directly from you. In other cases we are able to match your need with a willing real estate investor so that you are assured a quick closing.

We can purchase some of the cutest houses to some of the ugliest imaginable. In all cases, we will do our best to help you and if we can’t (which is rare) we will let you know up front.

   
 
What about My RE Agent? We work closely with real estate agents/brokers and appreciate the services they offer. Although we would rather work directly with you, if you prefer, you can have the agent contact one of our representatives for you.
